The planned work involves replacing seawater flushing piping on USS Tripoli (LHA-7) at specified frames and deck levels. The performance period runs from late August 2026 to January 2027. The place of performance is Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan may compete, with required documentation to perform work in Japan.
