Performance will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The non-bid timeline for the work is from August 10, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to perform work in Japan are eligible to compete.
