This presolicitation notice is for the fabrication and installation of four custom vehicle isolation cages for government-owned Toyota RAV4 vehicles at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan. The cages must be made from high-strength steel, polycarbonate, and aluminum, following the attached specification and statement of work. A mandatory site visit to inspect the vehicles will be required after the formal Request for Quotations (RFQ) is released. The Government anticipates releasing the RFQ on or about 23 July 2026, with an award by no later than 30 September 2026. This competitive action is restricted to sources authorized to operate in Japan and registered in SAM.gov.
