The contract opportunity is for providing six portable latrines and three hand-washing stations, including all labor, materials, and equipment. Performance will take place at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Guam Detachment. The period of performance has been amended to run from 30 September through 22 November 2026. The work must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
