This opportunity is restricted to vendors duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, and contractors with a SAM physical address outside Japan must submit specific Japanese government registration certificates to be eligible. Quotations from unauthorized contractors outside Japan will be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted via email to the contracting point of contact, and both questions and answers will be shared with all vendors. Submissions may be in English or a combination of Japanese and English. Performance will occur in Japan.
