This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Offerors/Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award. Offerors/Quoters is responsible for affirmative evidence of proper clearance with the Japanese Immigration Bureau to conduct business affairs within Japan. Offerors/Quoters also should have sufficient experience working with US Government in herein Naval Base Yokosuka and knowledge of JEGS (Japan Environmental Governing Standards) and “Japanese Law Relative to Disposal and Cleaning of Waste”. Quoters also are required to complete SAM registration or annual-renewal before submitting quotes.
