This is a competitive, unrestricted solicitation open only to authorized Motorola dealers/distributors, with performance required in Japan. Quoters must be authorized to operate in Japan and may need to provide additional documentation proving their ability to perform there. Quotations must be submitted on an "all or none" basis, as partial or incomplete quotations are ineligible for award.
