This is a sole source solicitation open only to authorized TSI dealers or distributors who are permitted to operate and do business in Japan. It is a competitive, unrestricted action among these authorized sources, and offerors must provide an "all or none" quotation, as partial quotes will be disqualified. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose offer is most advantageous to the Government. Performance will be in Japan, and quoters may need to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform there. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist.
