The amendment provides answers to questions and a revised specification for the Ion Chromatograph system procurement. Performance will occur at the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) on US Naval Base, Yokosuka, Japan. This opportunity is restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as required by DFARS 252.225-7042; prime contractors outside Japan must submit proof of compliance. The government may only consider quotes that fully adhere to the solicitation instructions. Submissions that are incomplete or ambiguous may not be considered.
