The contractor will procure and replace two brand-name Honda outboard engines with stainless-steel propellers to restore a SeaArk Oil Spill Response Utility Boat to full functionality. Performance will take place at DFSP Hachinohe, Japan. This opportunity is restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan, as required by DFARS 252.225-7042. Prime contractors located outside Japan must submit documentation demonstrating compliance with this requirement as part of their quotation.
