The Navy seeks offers to replace a toxic gas damper in the ventilation supply system aboard the USS New Orleans (LPD-18). The performance period runs from 22 October 2026 to 30 January 2027, with a required completion date of 14 December 2026. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. This competition is restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan, or offerors who agree to execute such an agreement before award. Contractors outside Japan must clearly demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be eligible.
