Offerors must hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region or submit proof of such an agreement as a Prime Contractor with their proposal. This opportunity is restricted to sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan under DFARS 252.225-7042, with contractors outside Japan required to provide unambiguous documentation of compliance. Offerors lacking an active MSRA/ABR in Japan, or who do not agree to execute one before award, will be ineligible for award. The services are to be performed in the Japan Region.
