The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan, and involves guardline stanchion assembly and platform socket installation on USS New Orleans (LPD-18). Eligibility is restricted to firms authorized to operate in Japan that hold a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the applicable region and maintain active SAM.gov registration. Qualified offerors must request access to the specification package through DoD SAFE via email. The period of performance is scheduled from August 24, 2026, through October 31, 2026.
