This solicitation covers surveys of accessible voids and a cofferdam on the USS New Orleans (LPD-18), with a performance period from October 22, 2026, to November 20, 2026, and contract completion by January 30, 2027. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Only sources authorized to do business in Japan per DFARS 252.225-7042 are eligible. Offerors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region, or agree to execute one before award.
