The work involves replacing magazine sprinkling piping on the LHA-7 in specific compartments, with performance located in SASEBO, Japan. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by relevant DFARS clauses, are eligible for award. Contractors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region, or agree to execute one before award. Offerors outside Japan that cannot demonstrate compliance will not be considered. Access to restricted attachments is limited to eligible MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
