This opportunity is for repair of LPD-18 bulkheads in sections 2-95-1-Q and 2-95-3-Q, with performance location in Sasebo, Japan. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as required by DFARS 225.1103 and 252.225-7042, are eligible. Offerors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region, or agree to execute one before award. Contractors outside Japan that cannot demonstrate compliance will not be considered for award. Attachments are restricted and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
