The work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan and is open only to sources authorized to do business in Japan. Eligible offerors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the region and have an active SAM.gov registration. The requirement involves scaffolding of the AS-140 antenna on USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18). Performance is scheduled from 22 Oct 2026 to 30 Jan 2027. Access to the work specification package is provided via DoD SAFE after a request is made to the U.S. Government.
