The work involves repairing the JP-5 service pump and motor on USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7) and will be performed in Sasebo, Japan. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS, are eligible. Offerors must hold an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region, or agree to execute one before award. Contractors outside Japan without unambiguous compliance documentation will not be considered. Access to restricted attachments is limited to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
