A competitive solicitation will be issued for periodic load tests of the forward and aft aviation maintenance bridge cranes aboard the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). The performance period is from October 13, 2026 to December 18, 2026, with a completion date of January 29, 2027. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Eligibility is restricted to sources authorized to operate in Japan per DFARS 252.225-7042 and holding an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region. Attachments are controlled and accessible only to eligible MSRA/ABR holders.
