This is a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. The work involves replacing seawater flushing piping from the 02 Deck through the 2nd Deck level on the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). Performance will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan, with the period of performance running from October 2026 to January 29, 2027. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan are eligible, and access to attachments is restricted to authorized MSRA/ABR holders. The RFQ has already been distributed directly to eligible holders via email.
