Performance is scheduled from October 13, 2026, to January 29, 2027. The place of performance is Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. A competitive solicitation will be issued only to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to perform work in Japan.
