The Navy seeks a contractor to repair the No.3 JP-5 purifier and motor aboard the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). Performance will occur at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan, with a period of performance from October 13, 2026, to January 29, 2027. Only holders of a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in Japan are eligible to compete. Offerors outside Japan must unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be considered. Access to restricted attachments is limited to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
