Competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan. The work involves preservation of the bilge area in 7-25-01-E aboard USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18). Performance will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The period of performance runs from October 22, 2026, to January 30, 2027. Only sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan are eligible.
