This opportunity is for a Standby Emergency Diesel Generator (SEDG) and requires the offeror to provide a NAVSUP FLCY MSRA/ABR Agreement. Offerors must certify they hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region, or submit a copy of an approved and active agreement as a prime contractor with their proposal. The solicitation is limited to sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan under DFARS 252.225-7042, and contractors outside Japan must provide documentation demonstrating compliance.
