The U.S. Navy seeks a contractor to refurbish and repair lockers on the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. This competitive solicitation is open only to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to perform work in Japan. Contractors outside Japan must unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 to be eligible for award. Offerors must possess or agree to execute an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region before award. Access to restricted attachments is limited to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.
