This opportunity is for the fabrication and installation of a jib crane for a monorail system aboard the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47). The place of performance is Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. Performance is scheduled from October 12, 2026, to February 14, 2026, with a contract completion date of July 31, 2026. Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan are eligible to bid. Contractors outside Japan that cannot demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will not be considered for award.
