The work is to be performed in Sasebo, Japan, and is restricted to sources authorized to operate in Japan under DFARS 225.1103 (3) and 252.225-7042. Only contractors with an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in Japan, or those agreeing to execute one before award, are eligible.
