Performance will take place at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The performance period is from October 12, 2026, to July 31, 2026. Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan are eligible to compete.
