The US Government intends to issue a competitive solicitation for replacing VCHT piping on USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18), with performance of services at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The work is scheduled from July 27, 2026, to October 31, 2026. This procurement is restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan.
