This is a synopsis notice for the repair of the USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18) ventilation fan motor assembly, not a solicitation. The performance period is from July 27, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Work will be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The competitive solicitation will be restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan to be eligible for award.
