The contractor must lease two fully operational commercial aerial work platforms for a two-week period to support shipboard maintenance and repair operations. Equipment must meet the Government’s specifications and include delivery to and pickup from the designated location. Actual performance will take place at Naval Base Guam, Guam, even though Norfolk, Virginia may appear in some notice or form location information for administrative purposes. Quotations must include all delivery, transportation, mobilization, retrieval, and associated costs based on performance at Naval Base Guam in accordance with the solicitation and PWS.
