Amendment 0004 was issued: The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is as follows: 1)To re-open solicitation and the required response date/time has changed from 24 Apr 2025 to 16 May 2025 at 2:00 PM JST. 2)To provide new closing date on Questions and Answers in Section L. 3) Revise POP start date from 02 Jun 2025 to 17 Jun 2025. 4) To cancel 42 TGIs. Please see attached Amendment for details. 5) To update GFP listing in Section J. All other information remains unchanged. Firms who do not possess an MSRA/ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel’s availability dates. Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). 1. PSNS Barge YR95: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new requirement in support of the PSNS Barge YR95. The repair and maintenance package of work items are included as attachment (I). 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 3-Jun-2025 through 30-Sep-2025 3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Government Facility 4. OFFER: Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 24-Apr- 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). 5. Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as ATTACHMENT (I) may only be accessed through DoD SAFE. DoD SAFE is a secure U.S. Government repository which enables the sharing of large files and requires outside users to receive a drop-off request from the U.S. Government. Therefore, any offeror intending to provide a proposal to this solicitation shall request access by sending an email to: sharon.arceo.ln@us.navy.mil by 04-Apr-2025 10:00 am JST. Once the U.S. Government receives the offeror’s access request, the U.S. Government will provide the offeror with a link and instructions to retrieve ATTACHMENT (I). Offerors shall note that access is only available for 14 days once sent.
