(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number is N6264925QH028 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025. (iv) This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing - and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The Government requires a commercial, firm-fixed price contract to provide the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Command Information Office (CIO) Thin Clients. See Attachment (1) – SOW – JRM CIO Thin Clients (vi) The required delivery date (RDD) is: 30 days after date of contract (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas is seeking sources capable of providing thin client computing devices that meet or exceeds the minimum specifications shown on the draft statement of work, are compliant with industry standards; and any relevant environmental, safety, and handling requirements. Interested vendors should demonstrate their capability to provide a turnkey solution, including but not limited to delivery, training and technical support. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested parties are requested to submit a technical statement not exceeding five (5) pages, which includes: Company Profile: a. Company name, address, Point of Contact, Email and Phone number; business size; CAGE code; Unique Entity Identifier (UEI); NAICS code(s) applicable to the requirement Technical Capability: b.
