This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial SAP requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government requires a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract for the fabrication of weight test equipment, weight testing of fabricated equipment, and Non Destructive Tests on the welds in accordance with the applicable Test Loads Measures and inspection Diagrams.
