All other terms and conditions per this solicitation remain unchanged. NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) requires a contractor to provide wireless devices and services. The contractor must have the ability to communicate in all areas within BLDG 3191 located at Naval Base Guam, Sumay Santa Rita, Guam, that has the capability to provide at least 90% cellular connectivity at all times.
