This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions requiring the notification of proposed contract actions. This announcement is nota solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The subsequent solicitation (Request for Proposal) is expected to be available by February 15, 2021. This synopsis and the subsequent solicitation for this requirement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Regions specified in this synopsis in accordance with 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka (FLCY) intends to solicit for services and supplies provided through performance of this Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) are to support Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR) Support, Contingency Support, Exercise Support, Lodging Support, Logistics Support, and Ashore Support. It is anticipated that Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts noncommercial services will be issued with a base ordering period of 5 years and option ordering period of 5 years. The WEXMAC will be acquired under FAR Part 15. Performance will take place at the locations and regions specified in Place of Contracting Performance. There are 15 broad categories of services and supplies, which will correspond with contract line item numbers (CLIN) or SubCLIN, to support the WEXMAC performance work statement (PWS): 1.Logistics management and integration services; 2.Material handling equipment, crane services, and construction equipment services; 3.Lodging and laundry services; 4.Life support services; 5.Force protection services; 6.Communication services; 7.Transportation services; 8.Other services; 9.Class I supplies; 10.Class II supplies; 11.Class III supplies; 12.Class IV supplies; 13.Class VI supplies; 14.Class VIII supplies; and 15.Other supplies. **There will be two industry days for more information, questions and feedback. The industry days will be identical in their presentation and it is encouraged that interested vendors only attend one of the days.
