YRBM-25 Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) and Vessel Transportation

Notice ID:N62649-27-SS-YRBM25-DSRA

NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka, Site Marianas, is conducting market research only to identify sources capable of a comprehensive Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) for YRBM-25, a non-self-propelled Repair, Berthing and Messing Barge. The anticipated DSRA duration is approximately six to eight months, covering dry-docking/undocking, underwater hull inspection, repair and preservation, structural steel repairs/renewals, tank/void and piping work, testing, and management of emergent/growth work. The barge is currently in Apra Harbor, Guam; the contractor must transport it to its proposed dry-docking/repair facility and, after Government acceptance, return it to a Government-designated Pacific port within 1,500 nautical miles of Apra Harbor. Sources should provide detailed capability information on their proposed facility, comparable dry-docking experience, and transportation approach, including whether transportation is self-performed, subcontracted, or teaming-based. Responses will support acquisition planning and market research, and interested parties should address capacity/availability, growth work, risks, and any needed Government-furnished support.
