This is a pre-solicitation notice for a voyage repair availability of the USNS ALAN SHEPARD, tentatively scheduled from March 19 to April 1, 2026. The work will be performed in Thailand. To be eligible, an offeror must have an active SAM.gov registration, be authorized to do business in Thailand, and must provide evidence of holding a current and active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR).
