The Department of Defense (DoD) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Navy Drug Screening Laboratory Jacksonville (NDSL JAX) has a requirement for removal of the existing entryway into room 32 (MS room) to install a modified entryway with a wider door to provide access for delivery of new instrumentation. This effort includes some relocation of electrical outlets and other minor changes in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The NDSL JAX is receiving new devices high performance analyzer instruments in March 2023. The facilities door and power upgrades need to be completed by the end of March 2023 or very early in April to support the installation of the new test equipment. The existing doors are too narrow to accept the new equipment and the current location of power outlets will not meet the installed need.
