The transport incubators shall be utilized for transportation of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients to and from Labor and Delivery, Radiology, and Pediatrics departments within NMC Portsmouth. The transport incubators shall be portable, each with maximum Length x Width x Height dimensions of 50 in. x 24 in. x 48.25 in. Each transport incubator shall include a minimum of four (4) access hand ports. Each transport incubator shall be capable of suction. Each transport incubator shall include the following ancillary equipment and accessories for full system functionality: One (1): Light Emitting Diode (LED) display monitor One (1) intravenous (IV) pole One (1) skin temperature probe One (1) set of infant restraint straps One (1) pressure relief mattress One (1) infant T-piece resuscitator The infant T-piece resuscitator shall be utilized for pulmonary resuscitation to establish a clear airway and provide air and/or oxygen to the neonatal infants. The vendor shall provide on-site operator training for at least fifteen (15) personnel, and service training for at least one (1) biomedical engineer technician. The proposed solution shall be configured to operate at the following NMC Portsmouth equipment power requirements: 115 VAC, 60 Hz.
