This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The vendor shall submit a quote in response to the requirement to the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC). In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), NMLC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to University of Southern California Surgical Skills Simulation and Education Center.
