The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at https://acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/sitemap.html. The scope of the requirement can be found within the Statement of Requirements of the RFQ. The vendor shall submit a quote in response to the requirement to the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC). In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), NMLC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Mediacom Southeast, LLC.
