The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) intends to issue a solicitation for a non-personal service contract for intraoperative neuromonitoring services at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA to begin on/around 01 March 2021. Services are required for surgical cases requiring live intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring, auditory brainstem response, visual evoked response (VER), somatosensory evoked potential (Sep or SSEP), electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), and nerve conduction studies. Service is required for a variety of surgical cases, including hearing loss, general and vascular surgery, spinal surgery, etc. This will be a competitive procurement that will result in a firm-fixed price requirements contract. This requirement will be set aside for Small Business (SB). NAICS code is 622110 with a size standard of $41.5M. All responsible SB sources will be eligible to submit an offer.
