AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from offerors, make associated revisions to the synopsis/solicitation and Attachment I Pricing Worksheet for N6264520R0063. Questions and Answers are provided at the end of the synopsis/solicitation and Attachment I Pricing Worksheet for N6264520R0063 has been revised. ============================================================================== This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264520R0063. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination. The Naval Medical Logistics Command requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing equipment that meets the essential characteristics of the equipment/supply list below. The technical documentation for quotes must meet the salient physical, functional and performance characteristics described below. Quotes shall be due no later than 1300 Eastern Time, 21 July 2020.
