The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) in support of the DoD Drug Demand Reduction Program, is seeking sources that are authorized by Beckman Coulter to conduct maintenance, warranty or service work on clinical chemistry analyzers model numbers AU5810, AU5820, and AU5830, as not to void the OEM warranty. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22,000,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J066. SUBMISSION INFORMATION It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the service listed under the required capabilities. This documentation must address at a minimum the following: Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size, and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, Cage Code, and e-mail address. Proof of being an authorized vendor, from Beckman Coulter, to conduct maintenance, warranty or service work on clinical chemistry analyzers model numbers AU5810, AU5820, and AU5830, as not to void the OEM warranty.
