COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This requirement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: acquisition.gov. Vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08 effective 13 August 2020 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20200605 effective 05 June 2020. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is on behalf of the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP). The intended ordering period is 01 October 2020 through 30 September 2025, which may change dependent upon the actual award date. The solicitation number is N6264520Q0027. This solicitation is intended to result in one Firm Fixed Price Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period.
