This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264519R0066. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Naval Medical Logistics Command requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing equipment/supplies that are brand name or equal to the equipment/supplies outlined on the attached RFQ. The technical documentation for quotes of "equal" items must meet the salient physical, functional and performance characteristics described herein. Quotes shall be due no later than 1300 Eastern Time, 10 July 2019.
