Telemedicine Licensing and Extended Warranties The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) is seeking sources to provide telemedicine licensing and extended warranties in support of fourteen (14) Department of the Navy (DoN) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) worldwide. The vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, such that OEM warranty is provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing and warranty associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The telemedicine licensing and extended warranties shall be for previously purchased Cisco telepresence systems including the models DX80, EX90, SX20, SX80, MX200, and MX300. The licensure shall be for Cisco SMARTnet including the models DX80, EX90, SX20, SX80, MX200, and MX300. The warranty and licensure technical assistance shall include coverage of at least 8 hours per day x 5 days/week. Available methods for warranty technical service support shall include phone, email, and online knowledgebase support. All updates of firmware/software shall be included at no additional cost. The warranties shall cover videoconferencing (VTC) integrated codec and all peripherals. The extended warranty shall support multi-party communications. The vendor shall be able to provide all telemedicine licensing and extended warranties for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) sites. This sources sought notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data, and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work. Capability statements shall not exceed 5 (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source contract.
