The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is on behalf of the Department of Defense (DOD) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). This requirement is for immunoassay reagent kits for the detection of detecting THC-COOH, a metabolite of the psychoactive compound found in marijuana and other cannabinoids, in human urine samples. This requirement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 325413, with a business size standard of 1250 employees. The solicitation number is N62645-21-R-0002. This solicitation will result in one firm fixed price Requirements type contract with a five year ordering period from 11 June 2021 – 10 June 2026. Approximately 6,000,000 tests shall be required each year. The requirement will be fulfilled as Full and Open Competition. Proposals are due by 17 December 2020 by 2:00 PM EDT.
