The Government intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, a fire alarm system with performance equal to Monaco Enterprises’ BT-XM model, and NAVFAC Hawaii is conducting market research to determine whether comparable products/services exist. Alternate products must be listed and compatible with the existing Monaco D-21 Headend at the base reporting station.
